I, myself have been trying for donkey years now to get myself a scholarship but always come up with the J-category rejection.<BR/><BR/>I've been told that if you apply for a scholarship that is not taught here in the country and can be used to contribute effectively to PNG development, you stand a better chance of going pass the first flag-post.<BR/><BR/>After that its up to the good old fashion 'wantok-system' that would carry you all the way to the try-line.<BR/><BR/>I am going to try again this year.
